I have a laptop w/ a Santa Rosa cpu, and I've read that EFI has a bios emulation layer and Santa Rosa supports EFI.  Are any PC's made these days with EFI?  Is there a conclusive way to tell if a PC has EFI?

(This may seem like a silly question, but it's a combination of wishful thinking, and google only returning 2-year-old information when I search for EFI.)

Thanks!
