Hello, i'm experiencing stuttery and laggy mission control/full screen swipe behavior and its becoming worse since updating to Sierra.
it gets worse the more safari tabs/windows/fullscreen Apps i have open simultaneously.

connected monitors:

1 x 1920 x 1080 -> HD 6850 pci slot 1
1 x 1920 x 1080 -> GT 120   pci slot 4
1 x 1280 x 1024 -> GT 120        ''

About this mac shows nvidia gt 120, is this shitty card doing all the calculations?

is this because I'm using nvidia and ati at the same time, or is my hd5860 2Gb too weak for my needs ?

Do i need a metal support GPU for smooth mission control ?

will a single card solution sort this issues out ?
im kinda looking forward to a r9 280x but I'm a bit scared of the power consumption/heat generation,
do these cards require only little power in desktop usage? for example logic pro on multiple screens, because heat is quite some problem already in my studio in the summer
is a r9 280x loud on desktop or only if gaming ?
