I am looking for the R9 M380 vbios for the iMac. Where can I download this at?  I tried looking in the techpowerup database but nothing was listed. TBH I would be happy with any vbios for an r9 m380 apple or otherwise.

What would you want to use it for? The R9 M380 is a Cape Verde chipset, which can be flashed with the old HD 7xxx ROM.

I'm pretty sure current iMacs use the GOP protocol instead of the UGA protocol used by old cMPs or iMacs. Beside that the EFI is most likely not stored in a separate video card ROM, but inside the main EFI. Easiest way to dump that should be using a EFI shell (look for loaded drivers).

I build SFF machines. I would like to use the R9 380 in my machine, but it has too high of TDP (190W). I wanted to replicate the frequencies(clock states) from the R9 M380 onto the desktop R9 380 to lower the TDP to around 100w. Unfortunately I can not find an r9 m380 vbios anywhere online where I can copy this from.

R9 380 is Tonga (aka R9 285, R9 M295), based on GCN 1.2 architecture
R9 M380 is Cape Verde (aka HD 7770, R7 xyz), based on GCN 1.0 arch

Those are totally unrealated GPUs, despite their similar name.
